The Ferrari 550 Maranello hit 25 years old in 2021 and saw a gross increase of 25.58% in a single year.
Jaguar XJ220
Produced between 1992 and 1994, Jaguar launched their flagship XJ220 model, never formally imported into North America. With production beginning in 1992, the XJ220 was 25 years old in 2017. Between 2016 and 2017, the Jaguar XJ220 saw an appreciation of 28.21%.

01 - Register Interest
Make sure you are signed up and have an active account on the platform so you are ready to secure you stake once the syndicate is opened.
02 - Create Account
Once opened you will need to carefully read the syndicate agreement and agree to the trust deed.
Next, transfer your capital to the independant syndnicate account that is managed by the external auditor for extra peace of mind.
Finally you will receive your syndication certificate to confirm your holding.
03 - Secure your stake

How our syndicates work
Join Together
Join together with other members to own the asset outright. You have direct ownership rights of the asset along with the other syndicate members. All details of the level of funding can be found in the Syndicate Agreement available to view to fully registered, qualified members.
Purchase
Once the syndicate is complete the trustee instruts TheCarCrowd to purchase the best asset available. Using our global network and buying power we are able to purchase under retail value and can pass on savings to the syndicate members.
Hold
The asset is held in a bear trust with the syndicate as the sole beneficary. We also appoint an independant trustee and administrator giving you total peace of mind.
Management
As a syndicate member you vote on all the key decisions for your asset. This includes appointing TheCarCrowd to take care of the asset in our storage facility as well as voting on when to sell and realise any returns. You are in control and can visit your asset at any time.

Rarity
With just 682 cars ever made the 996 is the rarest generation of GT3RS cars. The 996 was never released in the US or Australia making it forbidden fruit in may countries.
Rising Demand
As soon as it hits 25 years old the GT3RS qualifies for import to the USA. The influx of demand has seen prices rise over 25%* in a single year for previous cars.
First of its kind
The 996 generation was the first time Porsche ever created a GT3 and GT3RS version, making this car the origin story for the now world famous, track focussed 911 GT3RS cars.

A key thing when looking at GT3RS' is their condition. Heavily tracked cars, imports and cars with patchy history will be less desirable than assets with strong provenance and great condition.
